Herald Towers, New York, NY

Herald Towers was built in 1912, to house New York City’s largest and most luxurious hotel, the legendary Hotel McAlpin. The property was converted into apartments in 1980. JEMB acquired the McAlpin in 1999, renamed it Herald Towers and upgraded the apartments.
